Senseful Healing Hub — Google Ads Privacy
This notice describes the Google Ads reporting connection in Senseful Healing Hub, a private desktop operations application used by the Senseful Healing team.
Information accessed and purpose
With authorization, the connection reads the configured Google Ads account identity, currency and time zone, campaign identifiers and names, and dated advertising costs, impressions and clicks. The Hub uses these records to display advertising reports and compare business activity over time. The current connection does not read Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
Storage and access
Google authorization credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. The application exchanges authorization information with Google and uses the resulting access token to request reports from Google. Report snapshots are saved in the Hub's local application data on the Mac. Credentials are not included in the reporting interface or report snapshots.
Local reports are accessible to people authorized to use the Mac and its files. Copies may also exist in backups or exports made by the operator. This reporting connection does not sell Google data or transmit report contents to an external AI service.
Retention and your choices
Saved reports are retained for historical comparison until removed by the operator; the connection does not provide automatic deletion. You can revoke the Hub's Google authorization in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove previously saved reports or backups.
To request removal of stored connection credentials or report copies, contact sensefulhealing.team@gmail.com. The operator manages local copies and any backups separately.
Google API data use
Senseful Healing Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
