Shipping policy 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a notification in your preferred contact method when the tracking information has been added. Once shipped, most orders take 1-5 business days to arrive.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping Guarantee: We offer 100% Free USPS First Class shipping on all orders of $40 or more. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee during checkout.

International Shipping

We have now expanded our shipping offering to Canada! 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email or text notification from us (depending on your chosen communication method) which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order's status. You'll receive the notification immediately after it's processed. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sensefulhealing.team@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will help resolve the issue for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. However, since we ship exclusively through the USPS we are able to offer free P.O. Box shipping!
