Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a notification in your preferred contact method when the tracking information has been added. Once shipped, most orders take 1-5 business days to arrive.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping Guarantee: We offer 100% Free USPS First Class shipping on all orders within the United States ($10 minimum order value). Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee during checkout.

International Shipping

We currently only offer domestic shipping, but look forward to growing our international market soon! 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email or text notification from us (depending on your chosen communication method) which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order's status. You'll receive the notification immediately after it's processed. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sensefulhealing.team@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will help resolve the issue for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. However, since we ship exclusively through the USPS we are able to offer free P.O. Box shipping!

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount and provide free return shipping (orders of $100 or less). After you've contacted us regarding the return, we will email you a shipping label to print out and attach to the return package. Once the return has arrived at our location we will issue a refund to you as soon as we verify the order is still in its original condition and unused.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sensefulhealing.team@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In most cases, we will provide a full refund including shipping if your order has arrived damaged.
